Track Link Assembly Options

You need reliable, high-quality components for your operation. We’ve designed the following six types of bulldozer link assemblies to address the needs of diverse working environments. SALT (Sealed and Lubricated Track): For dozers that travel often, the SALT link assembly is lubricated with oil to help reduce wear between the pin and the bushing PLUS (Parallel Link Undercarriage System): Suitable for small and medium-size dozers, the PLUS line can deliver up to twice the life vs. standard options with its Komatsu-exclusive design that features a rotating bushing to help minimize wear between segment and bushing AR (Abrasive Resistant): For abrasive applications, such as loam or sand, the AR track link features enhanced bushing material and is manufactured using a patented heat treatment process for deep-hardened depth GC (General Construction): GC undercarriage components help minimize the operating and maintenance costs of your construction machines HD (Heavy Duty): Engineered for enhanced performance in rocky applications, the ruggedized HD track link offers increased link height and a larger bushing DB (Dual Bushing): Suitable for large-size dozers operating in abrasive applications, a rotating bushing helps mitigate segment and bushing wear, manufactured with two bushings and an internal lubrication
