First of all, check whether the hydraulic oil is within the scale line of the oil dipstick. When the breaking hammer is in a vertical static state, gently tap it with a hammer to check whether the bolts, nuts and hoses are loose. If there is looseness, it is necessary to tighten the reinforcement. Then, it is necessary to check the wear state of the steel drill bushing. First, the hydraulic crusher is grounded and the engine of the excavator is shut down.
Then measure the gap between the steel drill and the steel drill bushing, and exchange before the maximum wear limit (8mm). If the gap exceeds the service limit (8mm), the steel drill needs to be pulled out, and the inner diameter of the steel drill bushing is measured. If the inner diameter of the steel bushing exceeds the wear limit, a new steel bushing shall be replaced. If the inner diameter of the steel bushing does not exceed the wear limit, a new steel bushing shall be replaced. After all the spot check work is completed, the preparation work before the operation of the crushing hammer can be carried out.

Select crushing mode (b) in the monitoring panel and confirm that the stop valve is open to start the engine. Attention, don't rush to crush when the engine is just started.
Warm up operation is required before formal operation. Slowly operate the boom and stick for 5 minutes, and observe the temperature displayed by the hydraulic oil temperature monitor until the oil temperature is maintained at 40-60 ℃. The warm-up time should be extended appropriately in cold areas. After the warm-up operation is completed, the excavator can go to work full of energy!
