Our Bulldozer Undercarriage
Our company was founded in 2008. After more than ten years of hard work, we now has more than 40 sets of large and medium-sized production equipment and testing equipment, and has realized semi-automatic production. It has 35 employees, including 4 technicians and 3 QC. At present, the company has general ISO quality system certification; Eight of the 16 applied patents have been approved (including tooling, product improvement, equipment modification, etc.).
一、 Our Company history
In 2008, we began to produce bulldozer undercarrigae parts and became a supplier of Shengfang group in Malaysia.
In 2010, we established a joint venture with Shengfang, and remains the specialized supplier of Shengfang group in Malaysia.
From 2011 to 2016, Malaysia Shengfang group became BERCO's general agent in Asia, and bulldozer undercarriage parts were sold to ITR, ITM and Tanggu, Japan
In 2016, Shengfang group delisted. From then on, our company has truly produced and sold independently, and has become an official supplier of ITM.
二、 Technical Support
Based on BERCO technical requirements.
Track Roller: the wheel body is mainly made of 40Mn2; D65 and D7G series adopt integral quenching; D8 and above series adopt quenching and tempering + medium frequency quenching; Series below D5 are only surface medium frequency
Carrier roller: wheel body material is 50Mn; D155 and above series adopt quenching and tempering + medium frequency quenching; The series below D155 is surface quenching; Full range of top rollers use bearings.
Idler: Material: 40Mn, surface medium frequency flow quenching
Copper sleeve: use COB, the same supplier as Kunshan Tushan
Oil: Mobil special oil
Floating seal group: Jiangxi Huatong
O- ring: Hubei Parker
三、 Machining Production Equipment
4 sets of machining centers (machining guide wheel support and shaft);
19 CNC lathes (including 4 vertical lathes);
2 CNC grinding machines;
3 sets of CNC drilling machines and 3 sets of CNC inclined machines;
3 sets of medium frequency quenching for heat treated surface and 1 set of integral quenching
