Most of the pressure-supply hydraulic pumps use pneumatic tanks, and some hydraulic pumps have their own sub-pumps to supply pressure to the hydraulic oil inlet. The self-priming hydraulic pump is very talented in self-priming, and it does not require external oil supply. For hydraulic oil tanks with pneumatic oil supply, each time the machine is started, it is necessary to wait for the hydraulic tank to reach the applied air pressure before operating the machine. For example, when the air pressure of the hydraulic oil tank is lacking, it will act as a machine, which will cause a pull-off scene of the sliding whip in the hydraulic pump, and cause abnormal wear of the return plate and pressure plate in the pump. Choose a plunger pump supplied by a charge pump. After use, the operator needs to check the plunger pump 1-2 times a day to check whether the hydraulic pump is working properly. If you find that the speed of the hydraulic cylinder drops or the car is stuffy, you should check the charge pump to see if the internal gear pump is too large. For self-priming plunger pumps, the oil in the hydraulic oil tank must not be lower than the lower limit of the oil standard, and the amount of hydraulic oil must be maintained. The higher the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, the longer the service life of the hydraulic pump.
