A hydraulic pump is an energy conversion device that converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. It is a power element in a hydraulic transmission system and provides pressure oil for the system. The size of the sealed volume a is changed periodically. When a changes from small to large, it constitutes a partial vacuum, so that the oil in the fuel tank, under the action of atmospheric pressure, passes through the suction pipe to open the one-way valve 6 and enters the oil cavity a to complete oil absorption; on the contrary, when a changes from large to small, the oil in cavity a The sucked up oil will flow the top-opening check valve 5 into the system and finish the oil pressure. In this way, the hydraulic pump converts the mechanical energy input by the prime mover into the pressure energy of the liquid. The prime mover drives the eccentric wheel to continuously rotate, and the hydraulic pump continuously sucks and presses oil.

Features of hydraulic pump
1. There are several sealed spaces that can be changed periodically. The output flow of the pump is proportional to the volume change of this space and the number of changes per unit time, and has nothing to do with other factors.
2. The sure pressure of the liquid in the tank must be equal to or greater than the atmospheric pressure. This is the external condition that the positive displacement hydraulic pump can suck in oil. Therefore, in order to ensure that the hydraulic pump can absorb oil normally, the oil tank must be open to the atmosphere, or a closed sub-filled oil tank must be selected.
3. Have corresponding flow distribution arrangements. Separate the suction tank and the discharge tank to ensure that the hydraulic pump continuously sucks and discharges liquid in a regular manner. The cam is rotated by the motor. When the cam pushes the plunger upward, the seal volume formed by the plunger and the cylinder decreases, and the oil is squeezed out of the seal volume and discharged to the place where it is needed through the one-way valve. When the cam rotates to the lower part of the curve, the spring forces the plunger down to form a certain degree of vacuum, and the oil in the oil tank enters the sealed volume under the action of atmospheric pressure. The cam makes the plunger rise and fall continuously, the sealing volume periodically decreases and increases, and the pump continuously sucks and discharges oil.
