Point 3: regular inspection and reinforcement of bolts and nuts can effectively reduce track wear

The roller, track shoe bolts, driving wheel mounting bolts, traveling piping bolts, etc. are easy to loosen due to vibration due to long-time operation of the crawler crane. If the equipment continues to operate when the track shoe bolts are loose, there may be a gap between the bolts and the track shoe, resulting in cracks in the track shoe. The generation of clearance may also increase the bolt hole between the track and rail link, resulting in no way to fasten, resulting in the consequence that the track and rail link must be replaced.

Although the crawler wear of crawler crane is caused by some small details, it is these small details that, if not paid attention to, are likely to lead to major faults and consequences.
