How to maintain the roller of Komatsu excavator?

During work, try to avoid the roller soaking in muddy water for a long time. After the work is completed every day, prop up one side of the crawler and drive the traveling motor to get rid of the dirt, gravel and other sundries on the crawler. During construction in winter, the roller must be kept dry, because there is a floating seal between the outer wheel and the shaft of the roller. If there is water, ice will form at night. When moving the excavator the next day, the seal will be scratched in contact with the ice, resulting in oil leakage.

The damage of the supporting roller will cause many faults, such as deviation, weakness, etc
