Slewing Bearing
Slewing ring is a new type of mechanical parts, which is composed of inner and outer rings, rolling elements, etc. slewing ring is a large bearing that can bear comprehensive load, and can bear large axial, radial load and overturning moment at the same time.
Rotary bearing is also called rotary table bearing. The English names are: slewing bearing, slewing ring bearing, turntable bearing, slewing ring. The slewing bearing is widely used in the real industry, and is called "the joint of the machine", which is an important driving part of the machine which needs to make relative rotation motion between two objects, and also bear axial force, radial force and overturning moment at the same time. With the rapid development of machinery industry, slewing ring has been widely used in ship equipment, engineering machinery, light industry machinery, metallurgical machinery, medical machinery, industrial machinery and other industries.
Heat treatment of raceway
The raceway of slewing bearing is treated by surface induction quenching, and the quenching hardness is ensured to be hrc55-62, which can reach enough hardened layer depth.

Gear heat treatment
Because of the need of transmitting force, one of the rings of slewing bearing usually has teeth. The heat treatment state of gears is generally normalized or quenched and tempered. The tooth surface can also be quenched according to the user's requirements. The quenching hardness is HRC50 ~ 60, and enough depth can be ensured. According to different applications, gear quenching can be divided into full tooth quenching and single tooth induction quenching. Single tooth induction hardening can be divided into tooth surface and tooth root hardening and tooth surface hardening.
