3.The roughcast of our driving wheel/sprocket in our factory is casted by material 35Mn2. After heat treatment and tempering in well furnace, the material and density are further optimized. After tempering, the hardness is 28 ~ 32 degrees. After the intermediate frequency heat treatment, the surface hardness from the tooth tip to the root of the tooth bottom is in the range of 50 ~ 55 degrees, and the hardness depth can reach more than 0.5cm
