Troubleshooting

1. Remove the supporting wheel from the X frame support, open the outer end cover, and separate the rotating wheel body from the inner stator;

2. Remove the floating oil seal, clean the corresponding position of the wheel body and stator with the floating oil seal, and note that there shall be no oil stain;

3. Install a new floating oil seal, add grease, reassemble the wheel body and stator, and install the end cover;

4. Install the repaired carrier roller back to the frame and idle for about 5 minutes to ensure that there is no oil leakage.
