Product Description

Bulldozer Lower Track Roller is composition of two pieces of forged semi-roller. It is the main part of undercarriage parts. And it support the whole weight of the machinery and pass the weight to the ground and constraint the position of the track. Besides, it can can prevent the crawler from causing lateral relative movement to it. It should be noted that Bulldozer Lower Track Roller often works in mud, water, ash and sand, and withstands strong impacts, and the rim is easy to wear.

Production Features

The rollers will meet great impact when the machinery running on rugged ground, making track rollers often be used overload and in bad working environment, often in dust or even soak in the mud and water. So track rollers request a good hardness, wear resistance and good sealing effect. The quality and service life of the products of roller are guaranteed by the hardened face with depth of roller body. Our materials and welding effect are well guaranteed.

The dimensional accuracy of Bulldozer Lower Track Roller is guaranteed by processing of NC LATHES and PROGRAM CONTROLLED MACHINES. In the process of assembly of roller, the expected and reliable sealing and lubricating rotation of roller are guaranteed by Testing of Air Pressure Tightness and Load-bearing Rotation.

• Surface quenching HRC49-56

• Track face hardening depth 5mm-8mm

• Corner hardening depth more than 2mm
