Technical Requirements For Cylinder Assy:

1. Inspection standard: JB/5123-91;

2. Primary pressure : 35MPa; test pressure: 40MPa;

Pressure maintaining: 5 minutes and no leaking

3. Nut (4) tightening torque: 7820 N.M~14844N.M

Bolt (16) tightening torque : 209 N.M~288N.M

Not allow any knock, bump and scratch during assembly.

4. Nut (4) hexagon socket sets crews with cup point

5. Clean before assembly and free of burr, overlap, oxide skin, rustiness, turnings, greasy dirt, colorant and dust;

6. Cleanliness: Solid particle contamination classes for test oil should be no more than 19/16
